First of all, what job are we talking about here?
In any case, you should know that it is imperative to speak perfect French if you want to work with the SNCF because all communications are done in French.
Your study level, even if you come from another country, might not be a problem because the SNCF accepts all diplomas listed at the "RNCP" (a list giving all French diplomas and their equivalent in other countries). But it is absolutely mandatory to speak French fluently to work with us.
